Napa Valley Estate Rosé St Supery Estate Vineyards and Winery

I love Rosé wines all times of the year but really CRAVE it when the weather gets above 85 degrees! It is a party wine, a food wine, and enjoying life with family and friends wine. I call it “Sunshine in a Bottle” and I always smile when the sun is out. Today I am savoring the Napa Valley Estate Rosé from St Supery Estate Vineyards and Winery 2018 and it is delicious! A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc which makes this a true Bordeaux blend! All 5 grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep the flavors genuine, ripe, and fruity.

In my glass, deep electric pink in color with hypnotizing rosy hues. Vibrant aromas of red berry, strawberry, cranberry, and hibiscus. Light to medium bodied, dry, and a soft acid structure. Bright flavors of ripe strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and light notes of mineral. These fresh fruit flavors are fun and festive and it actually adds excitement to my palate! Diving in for another sip, strawberry is still a big player, raspberry, with slight hints of watermelon and rhubarb leading to a clean, fruity finish. This Rosé is definitely fruit forward but still dry and refreshing across the palate. It is fresh and lively and perfect for any celebration or relaxing at home. I would pair this St Supery Rosé with seafood, appetizers, baked ham, summer salads, and light to medium cheeses. 95 Points! (Wine Splash).
