Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz Barossa Valley
Still in the Christmas spirit and in the mood for sipping my deep cellar favorite wines. Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz from Barossa Valley is in my glass and is very mysterious because of its dark, purple-black color and intense blackberry nose. Full bodied across the palate, robust, with big, yet elegant tannins. Rich flavors of ripe blackberry, stewed plums, dark berry jam, wet earth, and exotic spices. I close my eyes and feel I am in a foreign land full of alluring secrets! Long, rich finish which has found forever. This is the 2010 vintage so there are more youthful versions of Two Hands Shiraz on the market now. 93 Points (Wine Splash) and average of $45 a bottle. Amazing!
