This a robust and powerful Petite Sirah-based blend that will warm you up this winter by keeping the blood flowing like tiny torches through your veins! In the glass, very dark and inky with a violet rim. A nose that explodes with warm blackberry pie, ripe black plum, chocolate, and spice! Full bodied across the palate, silky, with a good tannin structure. Deep flavors of blackberry, sweet black plum, dark chocolate, and baking spices. This wine is quite “gnarly” to say the least! On the second sip, flavors of ripe black raspberry, boysenberry, and hints of vanilla led to a long, bold finish. This is a flavorful, hearty red wine with rich, dark fruit and big tannins! Pair this big red with a grilled steak, Herb Rubbed Sirloin Roast, venison chili, meat pizza, and strong style cheeses. 90 Points! Average of $13 a bottle. WineSplashing!!
